Shipping Costs, Delivery & Returns

Shipping (Express & Trackable)

We ship all orders via DHL, UPS, TNT, or FedEx Express services. Delivery takes 1–5 days worldwide:

  • Europe: usually 1-2 days
  • USA & Canada: usually 2–5 days
  • Oceania: usually 3–7 days

Shipping Costs & How to Save

  • Minimum express and trackable shipping cost: €15.00 within Europe, €20.00 worldwide.
  • Shipping cost increases with every additional 1000 g.
  • Whenever you add items to your cart, the updated shipping cost is calculated automatically based on total weight.

💡 Many of our items are light, so you can often add several products without increasing shipping costs.

Tip: Combine the items you want in one order to save on shipping per item.

Customs/Duties (important)

We ship all items from our factory in Istanbul, Turkey.

International shipping costs do not include customs duties, import taxes, or other applicable fees — these are the buyer’s responsibility.

Customs fees are collected by courier companies such as UPS, FedEx, and DHL and forwarded to your country’s customs office on your behalf. Courier companies also charge a fixed import processing fee of 15 USD (or the equivalent in EUR/GBP). This is not a shipping cost, but a customs brokerage/service fee, and we mention it in advance because it is often mistaken for one.

Additionally:

  • Customers in the EU/UK must pay VAT (generally 19%–21%) upon arrival.
  • Customers in the USA must pay a 15% import tariff for goods originating from Turkey.

Please note that the 15 USD processing fee is always fixed — whether your order is 50 EUR or 1000 EUR, the fee remains the same. Because of this, smaller orders may become relatively expensive, and we kindly ask you to consider this before placing an order.

Additional information for US customers:

Please note that due to new tariffs introduced by Trump's administration on August 29, 2025, a 15% import tariff and plus a fixed $15 processing fee (collected by the courier and forwarded to US customs on your behalf) may apply to orders shipped from Turkey.

Returns & Refunds

If your item arrives damaged, faulty, or defective, simply send us a photo. We will replace it or issue a full refund, including the original shipping cost.
Replacements are shipped at our expense.
