HO/OO Scale Programmable Model Train Transfer Table / Traverser

The Proses HO/OO Scale Programmable Model Train Transfer Table / Traverser is a space-saving solution for moving locomotives and rolling stock between parallel service, maintenance and storage tracks.

Designed for engine houses, locomotive depots and model railroad yards, the motorized transfer table moves locomotives sideways between tracks and provides a practical alternative to a conventional turntable where layout space is limited.

The system features a touchscreen digital controller with programmable track positions, allowing the bridge to move automatically to saved positions. Standard versions are supplied with multiple programmable positions, while custom configurations with as many programmable positions as required are available on request.

Why Use a Transfer Table?

Unlike a turntable, which rotates a locomotive, a transfer table moves locomotives sideways between parallel tracks.

This makes it especially useful for engine houses, locomotive depots, service tracks and maintenance areas where several parallel tracks need to be accessed in a relatively narrow space.

For many HO and OO layouts, a programmable transfer table can provide a more compact alternative to a traditional turntable, while still allowing accurate and repeatable access to multiple tracks.
